At Yard Supplements, we want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. We work hard to process and dispatch every order promptly so you can get back to training without delay.

Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, what to expect after placing your order, and who to contact if you have any questions.

Order Processing

Once you place an order on our website, our team begins preparing it for dispatch. Here's what happens next:

Order Confirmed

You'll receive an order confirmation email straight away with your order number and summary.

Order Picked & Packed

Our warehouse team picks your items and carefully packs them to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Dispatched to Courier

Your order is handed over to our delivery partner and you'll receive tracking information via email.

Dispatch Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed (Day 1).

During busy periods — such as product launches, sales events, or bank holidays — dispatch may take up to 3 working days. We will always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time or over weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier service and your location within the UK.

These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Most UK mainland orders arrive within 1 – 2 working days of dispatch.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and other remote areas may take longer. If you have concerns about delivery to your area, please contact us before ordering.

Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, delivery timescales are managed by the courier service. Yard Supplements is not responsible for delays that occur after dispatch.

Delays may occur due to:

  • High volumes at the courier's sorting facility
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Industrial action or public holidays
  • Unforeseen events or force majeure
  • Failed delivery attempts (e.g. no one available to accept the parcel)

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of the dispatch confirmation, please get in touch and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

We will always do our best to help resolve delivery issues, even where the delay is outside our direct control.

Your Shipping Details

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

We are unable to accept responsibility for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error
  • Failed deliveries caused by missing or inaccurate information (e.g. flat number, postcode)
  • Parcels left in a safe place or with a neighbour at your request or the courier's standard practice

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at theyardsupplements@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Re-delivery or replacement costs for orders sent to an incorrect address may be passed on to the customer.
